All design changed must be communicated to the artist at least 48 hours in advance to have your design ready for your appointment.

We are unable to reserve days longer than 48 hours without a deposit unless agreed upon with your artist.

A deposit is used as a place holder, and is knocked off of your final appointment on the books with your artist. At the last scheduled appointment, if you wish to book more appointments, the deposit will roll to your next scheduled day.

Appointments may be rescheduled with 72 hour notice, unless the artist personal policy states otherwise. In the case of a no show or same day cancellation, you will need to make a new deposit.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late to an appointment, a new deposit may be required. Clients who show up late to their appointments may be subject to rescheduling due to time restrictions within artist schedules.

If a design is changed from the original agreed upon design, a new deposit may be required. In the case that the artist does not feel comfortable with the new design for reasons of not falling in their skill set or specialty - a deposit may be forfeited and a different artist may be recommended for the project.

In the case of three consecutive reschedules, a new deposit will be required to keep all future appointments.

    All tattoos are non-refundable.

  • Dermsheild

The Dermsheild bandage will be applied prior to leaving the shop if your artist uses the product.

Within the first 24 hours, the bandage will fill with plasma. It can vary in color, but usually is brown and sludgy looking. This is normal. Some tattoos don’t produce much plasma at all, this is also normal.

Do not leave the bandage on for more the 5 days.

Remove the bandage in the shower. Thoroughly cleanse the left over plasma off of the tattoo with artist recommended products.

If the bandage ever peels back and exposes the tattoo, pops or springs a leak near the tattooed area - remove the bandage and move on to the after care process.

Never submerged the bandage in water.

    After Care
